Meeting at Whitwell made me search for hotel in area. Close to motorway was a must so this fitted the bill. Hotel is fine. Clean with friendly staff. Food was a decent standard and my room was quiet large with free wi fi which makes a change. It is a business hotel really and for a stop over i had no complaints. Parking on site is tight but big pay and display opposite which is free for overnight parking. Not much going on in Worksop so ate and had drink at hotel and found nothing to complain about. All in all it was fit for purpose. Not for romantic breaks or holidays though.

Stayed here over bank Holiday weekend. Really clean. Lovely friendly and very helpful staff. I would definiitely stay again for business or pleasure.

Down side is not enough reatuarants in Worksop

I arrived at the hotel and was a little bit disappointed, it doesn't look very nice from the outside.

On check in, the receptionist couldn't be more helpful and I seemed to be upgraded to a suite, although I couldn't be sure. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing.

The room was very nice, it had huge bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

I went to dinner and the manager was in the bar helping out. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The food came out quickly and was really nice. The staff seemed organised and breakfast was nice, with a wide choice of options.
