Stayed here over bank Holiday weekend. Really clean. Lovely friendly and very helpful staff. I would definiitely stay again for business or pleasure.

Down side is not enough reatuarants in Worksop

I arrived at the hotel and was a little bit disappointed, it doesn't look very nice from the outside.

On check in, the receptionist couldn't be more helpful and I seemed to be upgraded to a suite, although I couldn't be sure. The layout of the hotel was a little confusing.

The room was very nice, it had huge bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

I went to dinner and the manager was in the bar helping out. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The food came out quickly and was really nice. The staff seemed organised and breakfast was nice, with a wide choice of options.

First off there are some good points about his hotel location is good at top of town , staff very helpful and polite. it was not the first time ihad stayed at this hotel the first time in 2007 was fantastic but when i stayed again in 2010 with my partner and small child i was very disapointed the room was dirty dust on every thing looked like it hadnt been done in a while , the carper has some one else hair on it not good with a baby who was just crawling at the time and put every thing in his mouth. the cot bed we where given for my son was covered in stains and was very old and worn out , the window wouldnt shut so was letting dust in all the time. I did complain to the hotel to be told next time i stayed i could have a upgrade pointless as i will never stay there again i have had better stays at Premier travel inns and at a cheeper price.
