This hotel advertised a pool, but it was closed the day we stayed. Our room was missing the yellow pages. We were told by the staff "we could come to the front desk and use the yellow pages there." When I walked the four corridors to get to the desk, she stated I could take the yellow pages back to the room and keep it there. She never offered to bring me the book. We had a problem with the tv displaying the channel in the upper right hand corner at all times. It never disappeared. We were told by the (english as a second language) staff that channel information remains on all tvs in the hotel, does not disappear like it would at home because according to law, it needs to be visible for handicapped persons. It seemed like a menu setting to us. The mirror on the bathroom door and in the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was a cigarette burn on our sheet in our non-smoking room. We got the impression the hotel had been vacant for sometime and was recently reopened. For $83 (which was not the cheapest hotel in the area), I guess we got what we paid for.
