Office staff has very poor English. Very rude!! Tried to overbill -- charge two credit cards w/ same stay. Pretended they didn't understand. Finally got home office to fix. NOT WORTH THE HASSEL and correct on the elevator. Also they do not treat the parking lot so its VERY SLICK -- be careful getting in and out of the car. ALSO there are no closets in the rooms -- just an armoire and they have no electrical outlets. Buisness is a joke - a little cubby the exact size of a computer desk -- the guest sits in the hallway to work on the computer.
The lady who runs the continential breakfast is sweet. food offering are nothing stellar.

If you are travelling with a baby, like I do, and have to deal with the carloads of stuff that comes along with them, you may want to avoid this hotel. They cannot guarantee first floor rooms and they do not have an elevator. You will not need to go to the gym after carting all of your baby gear to the 2nd floor.

The hotel is also on the old side (not a new construction like many of the Hampton Inns) and is in need of some renovation.

On a good note, the breakfast was great, the beds are so comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

Arrived at this location and was met by a very friendly staff member and checked in. Check in was fast and my reservation was honored. I arrived at my room and found it to be clean and neat. The sheets were clean and the bed top was fresh. The room had a flat screen TV and a fair selection of channels. Entering the bathroom I found it to be clean and well stocked. The HVAC in this room seemed a little week and took some time to cool the room to my liking. The unit was very quiet. I slept well and heard no outside noise. The location is good with a plethora of food selections within a short driving distance. It is also within 2/10ths mile of I71. The breakfast was what you would expect from a Hampton property, good but nothing special. Overall this property met my expectations for a Hampton Inn. Are there better choices, probably, but I would recommend and I would stay again but I would choose other options before reselecting. Total cost for a Wednesday night, with taxes was $127.26, a little pricey for the area.

Wow. This hotel was superb and a great value. We got a jacuzzi tub in the room for an extra 10$. We were only at this hotel one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was nice and clean; the pool was lovely; the free breakfast tasty. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome.
