We have stayed in many Bed & Breakfasts in the UK but Lee farm is the best. Everything is superb. Susan Aynsley is a lovely hostess although very busy with farm life she always has plenty of time for her guests. Lovely varied breakfast menu. Susan ia always trying to improve things for guests - fridge (concealed) on the landing for their use with fresh milk & bottled water always there. Just a shame it is a long journey from West Midlands but worth it every time.

We have stayed at Lee Farm several times over the last few years, and still rates as the best B&B we have been to (and we've stayed in a few!). Spotless yet homely, lovely bedrooms, superb breakfasts and excellent hosts. Surrounding countryside is beautiful, but this is not the place to stay if you want a 5 minute walk to local pubs and shops. However, there is a good choice of pubs for drinking and dining within a 15-20 minute drive. We don't normally keep returning to the same place, but with Lee Farm and Susan Aynsley, it's easy to make an exception. The only thing we don't like is the 4 hour drive from home.

We stayed here for 3 nights out of season and had a fantastic time. Comfortable room, attentive service, large lounge with open fire very welcoming. Good choice at breakfast - very nice poached eggs! Would stay again, deserved its 5* Gold award.

We stayed in this B&B some 2 years ago, for a wedding taking place nearby.

Of course my recollection is diminishing, but my overriding memory is of how helpful our host was, lending me cuff links and even offering shoes, had I forgotten them.

The room was clean, and food was great.

Would definitely consider staying again if we were visiting this way.
