The Mirandas is well ahead of all the other Guest Houses and B&Bs I've stayed in over the years. Robin, the owner, is friendly, helpful, and knows the local area well. Breakfasts were great. You help yourself to cereals and toast, followed by full English. I must make a special mention of the very superior sausages! Usually, you get a cheap apology for a sausage at Guest Houses and B&Bs. Full marks here!
The Mirandas is ideally located. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy. The showers are powerful and hot as you like. Wi-Fi access is available, plus lots of channels on the Freeview TV.
I took a trip to the Farne Islands to take some bird pictures. Robin was so impressed with one of my Puffin photos, that it now hangs on the dining room wall, for everyone to see.
If I am in the area again, the Mirandas will be my first choice of a place to stay.

Mirandas guest house is run by friendly couple,Robin and his wife.The rooms are very comfortable and the facilities include:-colour tv with free-view,wi-fi coverage,tea/coffee in rooms and fresh towels.You have the use of an iron +hairdryer if required.There is also a games room with free pool table and a hi-fi.
The tasty full english breakfast with veggie option for my daughter was a bonus.Endless tea/coffee/fruit juice/toast/cereal are also available.
The guest house has an excellent location right in the town centre of Berwick .We will be back soon as we cant fault this lovely guest house.

We've used this guest house about 5 times over the last year,the improvements/extension taking place is amazing, staff are friendly and very helpful. Keep up the good work

Enjoyed the whole experience. Good food - choice of bread for toast. Good location, friendly and helpful, everything you could want in a guest house.
