From entering the B & B a very warm welcome was received along with the tea and cake.The room was very clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need should you have forgotten anything.Nothing was too much trouble and Anne and John were very knowledgeable about local attractions. The breakfast was well cooked and had a splendid choice of dishes. It is the best B & B ever and we will certainly return.

From beginning to end this was a wonderful stay.
The greeting on arrival and the most welcome tea and cake, to our final breakfast and farewell made this a wonderful time.
Our room was very spacious and very comfortable. Everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable possible. The shower and bathroom were very clean and well equipped.
The bedroom had everything and even on a wet night you could stay in with comfort.
The lounge was very comfortable as was the breakfast room.
The breakfast was fantastic and the choices amazing.
We have no hesitation in recommending the Farmhouse Guest House to all our friends.

We were made very welcome here from calling before we arrived to an informative send off. The living area was very homely and on arrival we were offered tea and cake which was much appreciated after a long walk. Most impressed with the bottle of Mead out for drinking too!
The breakfast was delicious and Anne was the perfect hostess.
