Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the centre and sites of this lovely town. We were staying as part of a group up for a wedding. Jean and Bill couldn't have been more friendly, or indeed helpful. Aln House is certainly one of the nicest B&Bs we've ever stayed in.

Flying visit to Aln House for 25th Wedding Anniversary having stayed on our honeymoon in 1986. A great welcome from Jean & Bill, made us feel at home. Had tea in the lounge on arrival with fruitcake. The room was really nice with all those little extras that make all the difference - especially liked the complimentary sherry. Great full Northumbrian breakfast with fresh local produce. Good advice on local restaurants too and it's only a short walk to the centre of Alnwick. A great B&B in a wonderful area of the country.

Very friendly welcome from Jean & Bill, and very tasteful and comfortable rooms with little touches which make this B&B very special - for instance padded and wooden hangers in the wardrobe! Fabulous breakfasts - a great array of fresh fruit, and lots of choice, including superb porridge. A great place to stay to explore this beautiful part of the country.

never stayed at a b&b before. always thought it would be like staying in someones house who you did not know, but Aln house changed my assumptions. Very clean and welcoming with an excellent breakfast, could not fault my stay even if i tried.
