I stayed at the Rothwell house hotel in november and found it excellent value for money.
Staff were brilliant and helpful, bedroom was clean and comfortable also the food was very good. Over all we had an excellent stay in the Rothwell hotel.

I booked a single room through active hotels at the rothwell house hotel for £30 and had the option to pay £5 more to have breakfast which I did. I arrived at the hotel and was seen to straight away, I was surprised when I went up to my room as there was a double bed & a single bed in the room & was only expecting a single bed, so that was a bonus. I had a few drinks in the bar which was very nice and sat by the log fire which was cosy, the staff were very friendly too. Breakfast in the morning was very nice too. Overall for the money i was very happy I chose this hotel.
The only negatives were my toilet hadn't been cleaned from the person who had used it last and the water was cold.
I would recommend this hotel & if I ever need a place to stay in the area again I would definately opt for the rothwell house.

stayed in june the hotel is very nice buy was closed to all said to myself would not stay again but car broken down no choice what a change hotel open very tidy restaurant door open could eat where ever you wished make you feel welcome cream teas i thought that finished with the ark, food good the manager has changed the whole outlook to the hotel it is a hotel. called back after car fixed had piella wow .Good on him redecoration starting very soon shown the apartment very nice will book when have wife and children.

stayed at this hotel a few months ago and would'nt recommend but i gave it a second try and the improvement was unbeliveable,The food was wonderfull. The service is well above satisfactory . The staff is very polite and helpfull and the rooms are clean and tidy.
