We booked about a month prior to staying here and got the room for £29 so for that price I don't suppose we can complain to much. It was however cold in the room when we arrived with no heating on and the window blind up which didn't help. The room was very bland, white walls, white bedding, white shades, white blind ect. A picture would have been nice just to break the white up a little bit, all that did that though was the dirty marks on the wall near the bed.
The bed seemed to slant towards the middle and the shower was very uninviting with dirty grouting.
For one night you could put up with it but for any longer i'd look elsewhere.

We had been staying in Scotland and knew that we were going to be pushing it for time to get back home and so when I saw that this hotel was available for £10 on the day we were returning, I decided to book it. If we didn't use it, I would only lose £10. We were held up in traffic coming from the Tall Ships in Gourock and so decided to stay over. Although there is a warning on the site of noise from the A1, it was minimal and did not disturb us. The place could do with a little TLC but it was fine for a stop over. The bed was a bit tired and had roll together built in but we slept fine and felt it was £10 well spent.

It is a travel lodge on the main AI and that is exactly what you pay for and what you get. . We only paid £15 / room we will have to an excellent rating. The accommodation was even for a higher price still very good with every facility on site. no complaints at all.

Booked a room for one night during the recent £10 promotion and were very happy. Receptionist was lovely, entered our car details with no problems (although only stayed a week ago so we'll see if a find will be forthcoming!) and our room was conveniently on the first floor. No air con meant we had to have windows open so was a bit noisy in the morning but nothing to complain about. Room was very clean, loads of channels on TV and bed very comfortable.

Only word of warning is that the onsite amenities are very expensive, far more so than the Costas, Burger Kings and WH Smiths found on an average High St. We arrived after 7pm on a Sunday night so were more than happy to make do but would recommend that travellers who are there for longer perhaps check out local amenities for more options.
