We stayed at Manning Tree in September 2011 after completing the Coast to Coast walk. Of all 16 B&B's we stayed in along the way this was by far the most superior. Our accommodation was absolutely spotless and had many added touches to add to our comfort. Over the years we have travelled extensively and stayed in many B&B's and Manning Tree ranks at the top of our list.

Katy and Steve were excellent hosts and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible, obtaining travel information for us and, in fact, inviting us to travel with them to York where we were able to pick up a fast train to Newcastle.

We hope to return soon to this lovely spot on the Yorks coast.

Finishing the Coast to Coast Walk ending on Katie and Steve's doorstep at the Manning Tree, was the "icing on the cake" as far as we were concerned. Not only is the Manning Tree lovely, Katie and Steve were like old friends. The room was as inviting and warm as can be, the location was quiet with easy access to the walking trail. Our thanks for providing such a welcoming home away from home.

A very well run guest house. It is very comfortable, clean and pleasant. A friendly welcome and very helpful too. Very good breakfast enjoyed also.

We decided to stay at Manning Tree based on the excellent reviews it had on trip advisor and we wern't dissapointed. Our hopes and expectations were fully realised, a great little B&B in a beautiful part of the Yorkshire coast well worth a visit.
