Just hot back from our stay at crathorne hall. We went had a valentines package which included a four course dinner and breakfast. On arrival we were seen to quickly and asked what time we would like to dine. We were then taken to our room we were shown around by Tom and he pointed out were everything was. Ten minutes later he came back with a glass of champagne each for us (lovely touch) the room was spacious, clean and nicely laid out. A very high standard with complimentary bottled water, toiletries and bathrobes. We asked for an ice bucket for the champagne my husband had bought me and one was delivered to the room along with two glasses straight away. Come 7:30 time for us to dine my husband wasn't feeling to well so we asked if we could change dinner reservations and reception were only to happy to help. On coming down for dinner we were seated in the bar for champagne and canapés before being taken through to have our meal. The food and service throughout our meal were outstanding with lots of extra little touches. We were treat like royalty the whole evening. We then went back in to the bar area which is waiter service and the atmosphere was lovely. There was a wedding party who were also in there playing a guitar so we even had entertainment! We decided to use room service for our breakfast which came promptly and was again lovely and plentiful. The building is beautiful and grand. You will be made to feel truly special if you stay here. The staff need to be commended for their excellent customer service, so thank you to all who made our stay truly magical!

This is the third year we have returned to Crathorne Hall for our annual planning event. We like to precede a hard day's work by an opportunity for social bonding and do that with drinks in the Nancy Tenant bar followed by dinner in a private room. That, together with a good night's sleep in comfortable, well appointed bedrooms prepares us for the work ahead. We have a private, comfortable meeting room, and are kept fed and watered throughout the day with excellent refreshments and meals.

As this is our once-a-year opportunity to both socialise and plan together, the excellent facilities and service afforded by the Crathorne Hall team contribute hugely to the success of our Retreat.

My partner and I stayed at Crathorne Hall this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were a real highlight, attending to our every need while remaining warm, friendly and approachable.

Our room was absolutely beautiful! So comfortable and unique.

We had a brilliant wedding at crathorne hall and cannot praise the staff, service, food and rooms enough! Our guests and ourselves stayed at the hotel for the weekend and had a fantastic time. The staff really catered to our every need and the rooms are beautiful. We really enjoyed both our wedding breakfast meal and the breakfasts served in the restaurant. Everything was of the highest standard. All in all, this is the perfect place to have a wedding and to stay for a weekend break!
