Basic Travelodge.Rooms the same as all Travelodges.The problem is we arrived around 930pm & as they do not do food we went to the motorway services only to find the only thing open was a coffee shop.There is no where to walk to, so we were stuck & starving.The girl on reception did try the local Indian take-a-way but it was to late to deliver.Luckily the Chinese did deliver but we did not expect to be stuck unable to eat.As professional drivers we couldnt get back into the lorry & nip into town.

This was a comfortable hotel, which was exactly what you expect from a travelodge. This is a cheap, clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a good nights rest - which is exactly what we expected

I booked this with some concern after reading the reviews, i have to say they are wrong, what you want from a hotel is clean, comforatble night sleep with friendly staff, this hotel is a shining example of all these, the pictures are really old ones as the hotel has clearly been fully refurbished as it has changed. It is immaculate and the staff were brilliant, i would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here on our way to Europe. All that you would expect from this chain ie basic functional and bigger rooms than a ETAP. Friendly staff and a warm welcome were let down by a equally warm room and a bathroom fan in neighboring room which sounded like someone indulging in some very late night DIY. Bad nights sleep all round.
