This little place is a hidden gem. Me and my partner came here for our Valentines weekend and had a lovely meal in the restaurant too. We stayed in one of the rooms within the mill but it was near to the car park. We had a lively view of the canal too which was nice. The room itself was fine for the money. A good flat screen telly, loads of tea, coffee and milk. It was slightly dated but it didnt matter as it was all part of the charm of the place. We did have a heater in the room as it was cold and this really did keep us from freezing! The bed was really comfy but beware if your a light sleeper (like me)! As we stayed around V day weekend there was plenty of couples playing "scrabble" into the early hours - and because the walls are so thin you could hear a fair bit of noise!! But its to be expected and it was very funny.
I highly rate this hotel and the food was fantastic - thanks for a lovely night Little Hallingbury Mill!! :D
