“I wish I'd found somewhere else instead. Doesn't match up to its website claims”

The service was slow and careless. The restaurant is really part of the bar and not separate at all, so dinner was interrupted by unpleasant and noisy locals showing off their lack of knowledge about everything. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been and the toilet had run out of paper.

No minibar, no night service, no hot water in the middle of the night.

Overall impression - minus one star.
