We stayed for for one night as wanted somewhere clse to the town for a meal out. Great location, free parking and a very short walk to the high Street.

Room was very good, spacious, comfy bed, (sheet not duvet) large bathroom with Bath and shower facilities.

Cracking breakfast the next morning, proper full english, with Black pudding if you wanted. all the staf were very friendly and no doubt we will be back.

We stayed at the Penny Farthing whilst attending a family wedding nearby. Our room was in the converted attic and was very spacious despite the sloping eves. We had a double bed, full size dressing table, built in wardrobe etc and a lovely ensuite bathroom.

A full English breakfast was included, or any part thereof, as well as cereal, fruit and yoghurt.

We paid £78 per night for the room which I think was very reasonable for the acomodations provided.

The hotel is just off the high street of Lyndhurst which has a wide variety of restaurants and pub food to suit all tastes.

Would recommend to all. (However no lift so not suitable if you can't climb stairs)

Only stayed at the hotel for the one night and literally arrived, slept and left. The hotel is located a few minutes walking distance to the main high street. Parking available free of charge. Not in the most tranquil of settings, I have to say my room did rattle when a large vehicle went past. I also found the room a little cold, but they provide additional blankets in the wardrobe. The beds are very hard, pillows not that comfortable, decor of the room OK, very clean. Bathroom a little on the small side but great shower. Overall, not bad for £50 B&B...didn't have the breakfast so can't comment

I along with 5 others recently stayed here for 3 nights, This was our second time here. Great helpfull staff, Great location to Beaulieu Estate, Great early breakfast. Hope to be back next year
