“Relaxing stay!”

I was there in October for a relaxing stay near the New Forest area.
I suggest this lovely hotel! The rates are not so expensive and the services are good. I felt in love with my rooms (n.2) with a large window on the entry of the hotel! Here, you have the possibility to decide your breakfast for the day after =)
Anne is unique!!!

“Really good enjoyable stay.”

Stayed 2 nights recently, had a really good time, this place is spotless, as clean as you could ever wish for. Breakfast really very good, well presented and good quality ingredients. Owners friendly without being over the top. Huge room with big ensuite. Really cannot fault anything. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, well done.

Stayed for some considerable time with Anne and Ted, great hosts and a super B&B. Would definitely stay again - very clean and tidy. Thanks to you both!

“Clean, Good Value, would stay again”

Stayed for 1 night in a double room. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed. Owners were friendly and helpful. Good choice for breakfast. Great location to explore the Forest.

Comfortable clean room, good breakfast. Beautifully decorated and quiet. Just towards the outskirts of Lyndhurst, situated in a perfect spot to explore the New Forest while being closed enough to a variety of shops and places to eat.
