Much the same as the last reviewer I dont normally bother with this kind of thing prefferring to air my appreciation or concerns to the hotel direct and indeed I spoke to them on departure to say how impressed I was. Breakfast was awesome ,easily the best I have ever been served anywhere and as I was on a long course I also asked for evening meals which were absolutely fantastic, always fresh home cooked food with top quality service and presentation. Marion and Katie deserve a special thank you as they work so hard to ensure the stay is like a home from home. The property is of an older style but so homely and comfortable. It is close enough to all the local amenities but just enough out of town to be quiet which was excellent as I had a lot of evening study to do for my course. There was a minor problem with the wireless internet whilst I was there but it was quickly sorted . Rooms cleaned and serviced every day with tea coffee water and biscuits.all freely available. If I have to return to Aldershot I would definately request this hotel and would not hesitate to reccommend it to friends and colleagues. On a final note I read through the hotels visitor book and have to say if the people who wrote in it had posted reviews online Heavenly Lodges reputation would be greatly enhanced as they have had many many happy guests. Thank you once again to all the staff for 3 superb weeks and my mate who suggested I give it a try

I dont normally bother with this kind of thing but having read the last review thought I would post one myself as it seemed a bit odd to complaining about the sausages being a basis for a negative statement. I was booked in here through an agency whilst on a course and found the service welcoming and friendly and the place very relaxing which was ideal as I had to study. Breakfast was probably the best I have ever eaten, always hot and fresh cooked to order bacon egg sausage black pudding hash brown mushrooms beans and tomatoes with a good selection of cereals and toast too.. I have another 3 week course in March next year and shall be requesting the agency to book me back in here.

Stayed here once earlier this year,it reminded me of a seaside b&b. It was expensive at £75 so disappointing compared to other places charging £75 or less per night. Breakfast was hot however sausages reheated which spoilt the overall impression.ideal for contractors or families on a budget.

I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst on business and I found the room ok, a little small but nice and clean. The staff were very helpful, parking was good and just a 10 minute walk to Aldershot town centre. I can understand the bed and breakfast lable but as my title states this is a small family run hotel, as for the better off sleeping in my car remark I think that should be dissmissed.

The breakfasts were really good. and my room had a modern TV with digetal reception.
