Good but thinks its something it's not. Internet is the most expensive iv every seen. £15 24 hours it's 2012 not 1998

The venue was very close to the A13 so great for being able to find. The staff are very attentive and efficient. The rooms were very clean (pillows could do with being a bit more comfy) and make sure you check the little wooden box in your room for the spare towells. The wedding was beautiful, the service provided was very professional, the hall looked stunning, the food was amazing and a great size for a 120 people. Had an amazing time and the breakfast was beautiful too.

I stayed at this hotel as was attending a function there. I was pleased by how clean, comfortable, modern and well furnished the rooms were. Good value for money rate and included breakfast which was excellent. Reception staff were extremely good and very helpful. My only complaint was the 'fluff' found in my bed that evening but otherwise would definitely recommend.

I was very surprised how nice this hotel was after reading some reviews but it was typical high quality as I have experienced with the Radisson Group.
The public rooms were excellent and the bedroom very comfortable with a nice large new TV.
The rate charged was excellent so all in all very pleased.

It was a friday night and not crowded . I didn;t have breakfast but at £55 for an overnight deal much better than other hotels at that price.
Would go back again.
Ideal if you are getting a cruise from Tilbury or want a break on a journey or to visit Lakeside Shopping centre.
