Travelling with 2 big teenage boys, my wife and I were looking for value accomodation offering the right location, full English Breakfast and the right accomodation. We found all this and more at Harwood Guest House.
We stayed 3 consecutive weekends using Harwoods as our base to reach the Cotswolds, Oxford, Bath, Stonehenge, London, Cambridge and Warwick over 16 days in the UK. Each visit was like coming home and being so welcomed by Ian. The room was the best we had for our families size, offered good value and the now famous Breakfast is as good as everyone says it is. The service is very friendly and the town has plenty of places for family evening meals.
Despite being full many of the nights, it was quiet, plenty of parking and the location is not far from the M11 to London or north to Cambridge et al.
We hope that we can visit again in the future and recommend this guest house highly.

I stayed overnight with my husband and 2 small children before flying out on an early flight. We used the parking service offered by Helen & Ian and left our car there for 3 weeks. The B&B was absolutely great, the breakfast fantastic, the kids were catered for cheerfully and we were dropped at the airport and picked up again at the end of our holiday with absoutely no problems at all - I can definitely recommend Harwood and we will certainly be back - it takes all the hassle out of getting to the airport with small kids AND it was great value too! What more can you ask?

Very relaxing place to stay.
Bedrooms large and very quiet , with comfortable beds. Have always slept well here.
Legendry English breakfast in room overlooking a well tended large garden to rear.
Owners very friendly (not unknown to ask you if you would like to go for a drink across the road in the excellent pub/ Indian curry house).
Large car park to the front is always full - a good sign.

My friend and I were completely satisfied with this B&B. Everything was more than we expected from an airport B&B. I will be back, maybe even without an airport transfer.
