Good hotel. Excellent value for money. Breakfast is average as it is self service. However means you can have as much as you want. Good selection on the breakfast. Rooms spotless. Only slight negative is that in my room (130) you could still hear the A120. Would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for one night after a party. Given the location I expected it to be noisy but it was actually really quiet. The room was very cold on arrival but the heating controls were great and it heated up by the time we'd made a cup of (complementary) coffee.

Staff were, as others have mentioned, without exception, friendly, professional and really lovely.

Breakfast (included) was average - the sausages were not great and the croissants tasted a bit stale and were probably cooked from frozen. But it was plentiful, the complimentary newspapers saved us buying one of the way home and the room was extremely comfortable.

One door we noticed was damaged on the main corridor of the first floor, looked like someone had tried to force their way into the linen closet with an axe!

Car park was big enough, though the majority of the spaces were behind the hotel so it was a short walk, but this can be avoided by pulling round the front to drop off any less able guests.

Staff were doing a great job marshalling taxis when we arrived and made everything easy for the guests. The place was SPOTLESS. I mean really clean. Even the lights had been properly cleaned.

Shower was a bit meh but again, very, very clean, the shampoo, shower gel and conditioner dispensers were very nice.

from the warmth of the welcome, the efficiency at checkin, to the care and attention in the bar/restaurant,...this was a most comfortable stay...promoting the desire to return

A quick overnight stay which is probably what this hotel is good for.

Situated not far from the M11 it was ideal for me - I checked in at 11pm and was gone by 9am.

Check in was quick and I was in my room in minutes (ground floor). The room was quite big, clean, big comfy double bed, clean, modern bathroom and free wifi.

Breakfast consisted of continental and cooked, but was average at best. No fresh tea or coffee just machines for you to help yourself.
