we stayed one night only and lwould have loved to have stayed longer, our room was lovely, clean and so well decorated, the bathroom was amazing, great breakfast and the actual barn conversion has been done to a very high standard, would recommend highly.

Stayed three nights would have liked longer , super room ,and breakfast nothing to much trouble certenly would like to return ,very relaxing . GREAT HOSTS.

Stayed after a wedding reception and was blown away; wonderful service, a beautiful room and excellent food. You couldn't ask for more welcoming hosts either.

All in all an absolute treat.

Upper Barns is great for an overnight stay, I would have liked to have stayed longer. It's a lovely barn conversion in pretty gardens, on the edge of the village but in a very quiet location with private parking. Our room was very clean and fresh, country style and very comfortable, with tea-making, TV etc. We had a private bathroom just next door, so lots of space. Breakfat was excellent with cereals and fresh fruit salad, jugs of juice (not just a teeny glass), and then a full English with endless tea/coffee & toast. Diana and Ashley are lovely welcoming hosts, and if you like your art then you might like to buy one of Ashley's paintings while you're there. Excellent value for money.
