The rooms are clean the staff are very helpful the breakfast is basic and you have to pay extra for a bacon sandwich the hotel does not have facilities for evening meals but do have takeaways menus that will deliver to the hotel there is a pub adjacent but as I was on my own and wished to remain in my room I food the takeaway menus useful. Would recommend for business not leisure. If using sat nav check the post code

Have used this Hotel a few times now and it's pretty consistent, hence the return visits. Clean, nice rooms with Extremely large comfortable bed.
Breakfast is basic but adequate, evening meals can be had in the adjacent pub, again no problems there.

I stayed in Haverhill when attending a conference at Chilford Hall. It was a bit disappointing on a business visit to discover that wifi is extra, but I would revisit on business, though not for leisure.

Stayed for 1 night last Friday and was very suprised. Hotel was very clean. Nice large comfy bed. Bar open 24 hours and Paul on the nightshift was brilliant putting up with us until after 4am. For what the hotel is you cannot go wrong, yes its basically on the industrial estate but its not like we were on holiday and just needed a room for the night.
