Our visit was definitely enhanced by Ann & Peter. Their love of their home showed in the excellent comfort of the rooms.The full English breakfast made you feel the cake was iced. We will definitely plan to stay again. Joan & Henry.

It's hard to put in to words our stays with Peter & Ann at Olivedale but we will try. They are so welcoming, friendly, helpful and their attention to detail is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable with every thing you need to help with your stay, great coffee(not just your instant sort), tea + some flavoured types, hot chocolate,assorted biscuit's & a mint chocolate. Toiletries & bath robes are also provided for you comfort.
The decor throught out is amazing ( all down to Ann's taste). And the breakfasts will set you up for the rest of the day, fantastic full english breakfast plus all that healthy stuff as well!. The breakfast room is usually full of chatter as a large proportion of guests are regular's so you often meet some one you know from a previous visit.
Olivedale could not be positioned any better a couple of minutes and you are by the sea, a couple of minutes in the other direction and you are at the Norht Norfolk Railway, the same applies to places to eat and not forgetting the" Little Theatre" just round the corner. Some great walks along the cost or inland are easy to access as well.
In all we find it a very relaxing place to stay, it's like being at home but without all the hassle of cooking cleaning etc. Now looking forward to our next stay very soon we hope.

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend,Lovely rooms,excellant hosts,great location.Nothing to much trouble for Peter and Anne,help with bags and parking,etc ,and all the those little extra touches bathrobes,smellies,drink choice in the room with biscuits,bottled water on bedside cabinet,great choice at breakfast ie fresh fruits,delicious full english,scrambled eggs with smoked salmon,what more can we say,the perfect place to stay in Sheringham.

Very friendly couple, Peter and Ann make us feel very welcome every year. We feel like part of the family. Nothing is too much for them providing us with information on the local areas. The B&B is in a very good location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable providing everything you need, even the bath robes are a great touch! The breakfast has a great variety. We can’t wait to visit again and are planning our next trip! Love this place. Excellent!!! x
