The owner Mr. Nikos really made us feel like home and went out of his way to cater for our needs. The comfort of our room was excellent and the clean swimming poll was very nice . We were at a perfect distance from the busy life of Heronissos port and Malia and were able to relax when coming back at the hotel. Definately a hotel that we will be back to and recomment!

The rooms are confortables, the swimming pool is clean, the owner, Nikos, is very kind, what more can we ask?
The villa is in old Hersonissos, so it's quiet and you can really rest in that place.
For sur we'll comme back next year!

My family and I stayed here for a week in Aug 2010 in preparation for a wedding. We booked around 10 self-catering villas, each had a lovely rustic traditional Greek feel about it. Nikos the manager has impeccable attention to detail; the rooms are clean and cool at night. The pool is gorgeous and the villa is located on a peaceful spot, a few hundred metres outside of Old Hersonissos. We had over 20 family members staying here and Nikos made sure everybody’s needs were catered for; its truly a home away from home. At the end of our stay we all felt like we were part of the Villa Medusa family. Thank you Nikos & family for making our stay one that we will cherish for a life-time.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Medusa. The swimming pool is hands down the most immaculately sparkling one I've ever seen--important when it's hot out! We were too early in season for the snack bar to be open, but it was obvious that it would make the pool the perfect place to hang out.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a great front deck/balcony for breakfasting. We found it convenient to have a car here, but there are several small villages down the hill that are an easy walk, with lots of great restaurants/bakeries/supermarket. The staff was attentive but not overbearing, and we found ourselves comfortable, and wanting for nothing.
