This Hotel Is lovely clean and the Staff are so friendly and helpfull we have stayed here 8 times and have booked to go again in 2012

Just back from a great two week holiday, Food was excellent plenty of choice, but very continental in flavour.
The staff were amazing and worked very hard, but always happy to help in any way.
Rooms were kept at a very high clean standard, as was the rest of the hotel.
Drinks were a little pricey but you can expect that in a 4 star hotel
My only gripe was it was located up a very steep hill, and to get to a beach you also faced alot of steps.But there is an excellent taxi service which would cost about 6 Euro into the main town.

Have just returned from the King Minos Palace and we cannot praise it enough. From the staff who are all outstanding in the service they provide to the hotel and the food. This was a memorable holiday. Not one bad word to say.

My husband and I have just returned from a two week holiday at King Minos Palace hotel in Hersonissos Crete. This was our tenth visit in six years. There were quite a lot of other guests in the hotel whilst we were there whom we had met on previous visits so obviously they must all have had good experiences of the hotel too.
All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. The food is plentiful with a large choice of menu at every meal. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and have everything you could need. If anything is not to your liking then you just need to mention it to the receptionist and she will immediately get someone to rectify this if it is at all possible.
There are organised activities in the grounds for anyone wishing to participate but no pressure is put on you if you just wish to relax in the sunshine or swim in the pool.
There are plenty of places to visit on the island for anyone wishing to hire a car or to take an excursion by coach or even by local service bus with the nearest bus stop being approximately 100 yards away from the hotel. We have had another really good holiday and hopefully will be returning next year.
