We stayed here as our plane out of Jabalpur was cancelled due to Fog, used the Lonely Planet and we thought this would be a bit of luxury before we started on 18 hour train journey to Jaipur. Reception was very nice & luxurious we had a good impression. Rooms were very expensive and the room we had was on the stairwell and very noisy with doors opening/closing and walls were very thin - there was a tea room on our floor and all we could hear was music and the rearranging of furniture above our heads. Our friends had to change rooms as there room smelled of paint stripper. The sheets were dirty in our room and big let down in my opinion. The room was also very cold, our heating did not work and the decor in the rooms was outdated. We would not stay here again.
