“Best Hotel to Stay in Guwahati”

Very neat and clean,courteous staff and very helpful.Food was excellent.I tried Only Indian,it was awesome ,I hope other cuisines also meet the expectations.Well rooms are good spacious,decor was good.Stayed in the deluxe category in the 5th floor.Will suggest all of you to visit this hotel and surely7 you will feel Home Away from Home.They have a Reastaurant,Bar..etc

Room Tip: Must go for 5th floor rooms.That is Deluxe Category.And its very reasonable for this type of categor...

“Worst ever hotel I have stayed”

Friends, don't ever even by mistake stay in this hotel. The service, cleanness, and the prices for the stay is very very poor.
I stayed in the so call suite, the AC was not working, there was no blanket for the night, the bed sheet was dirty and not even fully covers the bed, the bathroom - I don't have any more words to describe, no hot water, no toilet rolls, dirty, stinky etc
When asked for blanket the next day they said why didn't you ask us before? for hor water - it took about 3-4hours for a Luke warm water to start pouring, the bath tub - gross is the word.
And the least when we wanted to check out the machine did not work for credit card payment and we nearly lost our flights to Mumbai.
