Stayed in Nov 2011, The staff are polite and prompt. The rooms are not worth the money. the rooms are dirty and worse is the bathroom, it was so dirty that we have to shift our room and in that room too the knobs are broken, no warm water, one can see cowebs everywhere...This is the hotel i'll always avoid in the future. The next day i shift to another hotel.

The location is central, hotel staff is poor in mannerism, courtesy and are guest averse. Rooms and wash rooms are shabby and poorly maintained. Service is average. Overall not worth so would suggest to look for alternatives.

The Hotel location is perfect, the service is prompt and the staff are very courteous. However, the rooms are poorly maintained. They smell damp with dust bunnies collecting behind unseen spaces, torn bed covers and what takes the cake, it's the bathroom. The knobs are broken, there's a bathtub but there's no warm water. Overall, you don't get your money's worth. This hotel has seen better days.
