This hotel is the NEW DESIGN and my wife dislike it! There are no drawers in the rooms,uncomfortable furniture,and an annoying glass door to the bathroom!The only nice thing was the staff

My wife, an adult daughter and I were in town for a wedding. This hotel was ideally located. The suite served the three of us well. We were all able to work using the Internet prior to the wedding on Saturday. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have had. Waffles; hot scrambled eggs, turkey sausage one day and pork sausage the other; assortment of breads, rolls & bagels; hot oatmeal; dry cereal; juice; apples, oranges and bananas; yogurt; coffee & tea were served in a nice spacious setting by a very friendly and helpful attendant. The outdoor pool was small but clean. The exercise room was adequate. The staff was very friendly. Our room was on the front next to Interstate 275 and there was some noise but it never bothered us. If you are sensitive to such noise, get a room on the other side. A Cracker Barrel, Big Boy and Wendy's are all within walking distance. Other restaurants are on the other side of I275.

Headed down to Cincinnati for a concert on Saturday. Got to the hotel, check in was a breeze, got a scratcher that gets me a $20 target gift card in the mail just for booking through their online promotion. We'd selected a high floor preference on booking and were given a room on the top floor. Suite was very spacious and stylish. I watched the US soccer game on the flat screen tv from the sofa (with chaise) while my wife browsed the net on her laptop with the free wireless internet. Went out to the concert and an after party, got home late, slept in on the very comfortable bed and woke up too late to eat at the breakfast buffet. No worries, after checking out we headed over to the Big Boy a block away. After a quick run to the IKEA close by, it was time to head home.

It was just a quick visit, but everything went just about perfect. Would love to have stayed longer and enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and breakfast buffet, but even though it wasn't used, it's comforting to know it's there. This was our first experience with Springhill Suites, and it will definitely be on the short list for future hotel needs.

I am writing this letter to in from you of my stay with Spring Hill Suites Marriott Cincinnati North/Forest Park. On the Weekend of 6-18-2010 to 6-20-2010 Myself Friends and family stayed at you're hotel this party consist of a total of 14 guests we where their for a local bowling tournament and booked this stay back in January.



When we arrived at you're hotel on Friday 6-18-2010 we where checked in with open arms and the staff was really nice and helpful. Around 18:00hrs we left to go bowling we came back to the hotel around 20:30 Hrs . At this time we planed on going to you're pool and in joying the rest of the evening . But when we went inside you're lobby I was shocked to see what I saw. About 40 to 60 Kids running around you're lobby and more kids having a pool party. They were also playing on the elevator. So me and my party deiced to go out to dinner and come back around 23:00hrs at that time I went to the front desk to tell them A) If I could Get a Wake Up Call And B) that my wife would not be attending do to a work issue they where holding a key for her. Well the first thing out of you're front desk staff was Well Mr you're Credit Card was Declined how do you plan on paying for this room I explained that I am sorry for this and I would have this taken care of so I had MR a Marriott gold card member put his card on my Room. The Front Desk staff said that everything was taken care of. Now to My Second Issue My wake up call never happened I slept in and almost missed my bowling tournament the next mo-ring.



On The Morning of 6-20-2010 Around 11:30 Who ever was working the front desk wile I was walking to the car with my luggage said to me MR He new who I was because A ) He checked me Inn And B) My Bowling team Shirt had my name on it. Your Room is not payed for your credit card was declined he said this in-front of everyone in the lobby That was uncalled for and disrespectful. I told him that I will be write this email and that My room Issue was suppose to be taken care of on Friday night.



I would also like to inform you that your breakfast made me sick to the point where i was vomiting all day today.
