I have to say that the staff at this hotel are all so very kind!!!
I stayed for thirty days for a get a way and I did not have to ask for anything. The staff was always checking with me to make sure everything was ok and if I needed anything.
The room is very very nice and very roomy and everything I needed was there.
It also has a very nice pool area with a spa and it is so relaxing!!
If I ever need to stay away from home again I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!!

I was in town for a company Christmas party and needed a place to stay on short notice. Very impressed by the size of the room and how affordable it was.

This hotel is great for families with young children. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are very spacious. the hotel itself was very clean. Although very understaffed, the staff that was there was helpful. It did take a little while for a crib to be sent to the room.

Could have been a little cleanier in the room. Our extra blanket that was in the closet was filthy dirty. When I pulled out the sofa bed the mattress pad had been peed on. I called down and they came right up with new blankets.
Maybe housekeeping isn't as good as it should be.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Great pool. Great breakfast.

Let me start by saying that we stayed at this local Hotel due to a Fire at our home in FIndlay. Booking was smooth and efficient. We stayed because they allow pets and we had to evacuate our home because a chemical treatment that could harm pets too.
They make it clear that this is intented for long term stays, therefore housekeeping will not come to your room daily unless you pay an additional fee. If you want additional towels or supplies, you have to go to the front desk. No service comes to your room unless you have a problem...which we did with our TV and remote not working. I feel the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but they seemed very understaffed. We stayed 3 nights and two of the nights there was only one employee on duty. I was alittle bothered when the only employee on duty brought her small daughter to work with her and then proceeded to have her sleep on the sofa in the Lobby. The little girl waundered around the lobby and if her Mom had to leave the front desk, she would use a walky talky to call her Mom and she would come to assist you....this was very strange! The pool and hottub was very nice however and my daughter loved it. I guess in a nutshell, if you don't expect a high level of service and like to be left alone, this is the place for you. Probably better suited for a long term business traveler. All the rooms are equipped with living room and full kitchens with dishes. Oh, and the breakfast was decent, but very minimal choices.
