I was scheduled to stay at this hotel for more than a month but after 3 days I had to change hotels. The first room I was put in smelled musty and smoky even though this was a "non smoking" property. The second room smelled must and moldy but for the price I was paying, I decided to stick it out. I febreezed and neutra aired the room which helped for a few hours until the odors started seeping through again. I noticed later that night that my socks and shoes were covered in dog hair, and I dont have a dog. I asked the front desk to have the room pet cleaned the next day. Also, as a previous reviewer mentioned, the sheets dont for the bed and ended up coming completely off the bed during the night

When I got back to my room the next day, the bed had not been remade, the room had not been pet cleaned, and I didn't have clean towels even though these were things that were supposed to be done every day. I complained again and was assured that it would all be done the next day.

Needless to say, the next day when I got back to the hotel, again, nothing had been done. Adios towneplace, never stay here again. I've grown to expect more than this from marriott and I will now think carefully about staying at marriott's again!

My wife and I stayed at this property during a one night get-away. The hotel is what you'd expect from a Town Place Suites. The suite was fine - good sized room with a nice kitchen - and absolutely clean. Everything was in working order. The wireless internet was okay - a little slow. The people at the desk were friendly enough and helpful with the few questions we had. The property was in excellent condition, inside and out.

They offered a pretty good breakfast for a Town Place Suites. Cereal, milk, juice, muffins, yogurt, limited fruit.

Now the not so good part. These kind of properties tend to attract teams that are in the area for a tournament. There at least three teams staying that night and it was a little noisier than I would like. It also put a strain on the common areas. The staff handled it well, but that many people in each room really strains the property.

The internet computer in the lobby was worthless. They had it set to time out so fast I couldn't do one task before getting kicked off.

Overall, however, I'd give this place passing grades. I'd probably stay again. It's a great value for the price.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights for a business trip but checked out after 2 nights. At 5 am, I was awoken by the very loud sound of the person upstairs walking around. It did not sound like they were doing anything like jumping- just walking around- but it was VERY loud. The construction of this building appears to be very poor. When I got in the shower, there were very loud creaking noises like the shower was not sufficiently supported and the ceiling above it was sagging from the weight of the shower upstairs. Also, the full size refrigerator is only 3 feet from the bed and is very noisy. No one cleaned my room after the first day. The bathroom floor was sticky when I walked on it. It was a "non-smoking" room but smelled like stale smoke.

I very much enjoyed this hotel. It was good location for us to grocery shopping. We had plenty of room for 2 teens and 2 young children and 2 adults. Full kitchen saved us a lot on dining out. Wireless internet never would work for us.
