This hotel has bed bugs. Other reasons to not stay there are: unreliable shuttle service, unhelpful staff, and old and dirty rooms.

I was planning on staying there for 8 weeks. After the first few days I was unsatisfied with the unreliable shuttle service which I used to get to work and the dingy room. I was also not too happy with the workout room since the treadmile was broken. After a short talk with the manager I was moved to the "nicest" room in the hotel. A few days later I discovered that I had bed bugs. I notified the manager and he told me he would give me a discount if I stayed at the hotel. Not worth it. I left the next day. There were no apologies given or any offers to reimburse me.

I had to launder and dry my clothes, wipe out my luggage as best as I could, and pray that I didn't carry any of the bed bugs with me.

It's a great price, but you will pay.

After reading these reviews I was terrified about staying in this hotel. I had never been to Cleveland and I was there only one night on business. I picked it because it was close to the airport and part of a cheap flight/hotel package from Oribitz.com.
As I pulled into the parking lot in my rental car I was relieved to see a perfectly average Ramada. The service was respectable, the room was medicore (which is to be expected for $50 a night ), right off a main road, and close to a lot of commerical businesses like Target.
I am thankful for the review that noted this building is more motel design than hotel, because the doors to the rooms are outside.

Not a bad place. Breakfast in the morning is good. Rooms were clean and provided pleanty of towels- soap-shampoo-lotions but could use new carpet.. It is set up more like a motel. It is a short drive to the downtown area. If you just want a comfortable place to sleep when visiting Cleveland and don't mind driving to town-its just fine. There is a bar and Grill attached but did not try it.

This hotel is unsafe, it appears people may be using it as a home/extended stay? I checked in & it was dirty & had a smell of "old smoke" although it was not a smoking room. There were several people outside of the rooms, just hanging out & being very loud & unruly - they had lawn chairs set up outside of the rooms. At night, it was loud & as if there were parties going on, crashing glass, yelling, etc. I checked out early because I could not take it anymore. WORST OF ALL, I WAS COVERED IN BED BUG BITES THE NEXT DAY. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN & MANAGEMENT BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR & DEMANDED THAT WITHOUT A DOUBT THEY DO NOT HAVE BED BUGS. TO MAKE THIS LONG STORY SHORT, MY MONEY WAS EVENTUALLY REFUNDED ONLY AFTER CONTACTING THE MAIN BUSINESS ITSELF (EACH LOCATION IS INDEPENDENTLY OWNED/OPERATED). It might be inexpensive, but it would be better to sleep in your car or on the street over this place.
