I belong to a group who has a party in the adjacent bar once a month. While I did not see any evidence of bed bugs the staff and management are unprofessional and do not understand customer service. In the morning while my husband was indisposed and I was still in bed one of the house keeping staff flung open the door. This was very embarrassing for my husband. The management had no apology to offer and did not seem in the least concerned that they had no clue as to which rooms were occupied and which rooms were not

My boyfriend and myself were on a Business trip to see some trains in Berea OH. We were really tired from driving all night so we had a night of sleep (about 4 hours of sleep) we then proceed to have an extra night of being here. We told them around 7 am that we want to stay and extra night. Well around 2pm in the day (us sleeping because we were so tired) we got walked in on by a maid, what the heck? We were startled she called us on the telephone in the room? WOW! We were like no we have been told we can stay in the same room for the entire night again since we are paying out of our wallets, she made us get up get dressed and she kicked us out, she made us stand outside (110F temperature) it was ridiculous!

I have been to hotels all of my life with my parents since my dad worked for the ministry of natural resources as one of the most important people, so I got to travel a lot and enjoy the hotels like most kids didnt, the government paid for my stays! I never ever had this done to me or my family before, this was exceptionally rude of her and she doesnt even speak freakin ENGLISH!!! WOW!!!! I was so peed off I will never come back here.

The breakfast was crap, I didnt like that at all, IF you want a good breakfast go elsewhere! Dont bother coming here, find another place, I bet anywhere is better than here!

Only thing I liked was A/C that worked great during this aweful heat!!!!

Room was clean and comfortable.(bed and air conditioning). Desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very adequate (waffles, cereals - hot & cold, fruit, muffins, yogurt, coffee, juice, and tea,) I was permitted a late checkout as I needed to shower after participating in the USATF Masters Outdoor Track and Field meet at Baldwin Wallace College.

let me start bye saying the picures are not what the hotel looks like. We booked the reservation at 22115 brookpark dr in fairview, ohio outside of cleveland, ohio.

I was a little upset that the hotel was a motel but i stayed thinking the rooms would look like the pictures on the website.

1. I woke up at 6:00am to go to the bathroom and once i came back i notice a bug in the bed so i woke up my husband and as he moved the cover around we notice more bugs under the pillows at the bottom of the bed so I called the front desk and the gentlemen said the manager will be in at 7:00 am.
so we got all are stuff and got out the room as we're gethering our things we notices bugs on the carpet. We sat in the car and put begs in the bed on the web and it came back bed bugs. so we campaired the pictures and they was the same bugs.

I went in to tell the manager they had bed bugs and she replied(O) then said i can give you your money back. No sorry about the inconvenience, just let me give you your money. this was bad because we had no place to go other then to pay more money upfront at a hotel. we had plans on staying their friday, satursday and sunday. Now i was force to pay more since i didnt book early.

I ask the Manager if we could dry our clothes because internet states to dry your clothes to kill them and she didnt lets us.
We had to bye clothes and pay to have the clothes we brought with us dryed..

We normally stay at the Holiday Inn but this hotel was a few dollar cheaper and i booked my reservation late.
I called the corpate office but the really didnt care and wasnt concerned.

I guess i really didnt save any money. you get what you pay for.

Please dont stay at this ramada inn unless you want bed bugs.
People may think the have misquito bites the next day but they are bed bug bites.

I have pictures for proof. I hope i dont get them in my house.
