My expectations weren't high, it's no Hilton, but I think there are certain things everyone expects when staying anywhere. The rooms were not anything special and didn't offer much. The first night there I got absolutely no sleep...You could hear everything above us even though the staff there swore there wasn't a room above us then changed their minds later and said there was one room that covered half of the space above us. It sounded like someone was running around all night. They allowed us to move to another room the next day for an extra fee that the GM could not even authorize without contacting her manager first. The noise was minimal the rest of the stay. I ended up leaving after about the third night when I found a bed bug in my room. They did refund my money for the stay but that also took some convincing and authorization from the management that never seemed to be around. Management does not even come in on the weekend and during the week they don't show up until after 11am and leave everyday by 6pm. So, if you have a complaint or problem you have to wait until they show up to get it resolved and still then don't expect much help from anyone.
