I recently stayed at this hotel for a several day stay due to a family death. The Rooms were nice and clean, the Breakfast each morning was great, but the thing that puts this Hotel in the excellent catagory is the staff. They are top notch! Not a rude one on the bunch! They were so very friendly and competent. They seemed to really care about their customers and really enjoy their jobs. We felt very pampered in a hard and stessful time. I would recommend this Hotel highly!

we went to the holiday inn express on friday 10/28 thru 10/31 the staff here was excellent and very helpful. the amenities were beyond belief...with a pool and a hot tub that was open all nite and the morning breakfast that was better than any resturant we so much enjoyed ourselves. we would recommend this to anyone five stars!!!!!!!!

Nice hotel. Rooms were spacious. Comfy bed. Front desk staff were very pleasant.

They were having problems regulating the heat in the pool and hot tub. The manager apologized to us several times for the problems.

The breakfast was excellent. Three kinds of breakfast meat and lots of other good things.

This motel was one of the better Holiday Inn Expresses (HIEs) that I've stayed at. Clean, comfortable and lived up to the promises. Use your HIE frequent stay status to request a quiet, top-floor room if avail.

Breakfast was suitable, no complaints. All equipment worked. Motel is somewhat a ways off the I-275 and is in a business/industrial park. Safe access to and departure from the motel is complicated by limited ingress/egress opportunities re Dixie Hwy and requires more than average care and patience! Plenty of good restaurants nearby. All in all, a good place along Cincy's 'outerbelt'.
