For being a Radisson hotel I was very disappointed. The hotel was older and clearly showed its age. Room was small and had to get in the shower just to shut the door to use the bathroom. HVAC unit was old and noisy. Why is wireless Internet not availible? I really expected more from a Radisson. Huge disappointment.

Arrived early on a Saturday, great service at the front desk, Our suite was above our expectations. We also ordered food from the lounge restaurant (there was 10) of us a really big food order it was done in 10 minutes. The pool was nice and warm since it was a cold cleveland night it made for a wonderful visit, the pool area was also very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Radisson requires a credit card to hold their rooms, we reserved a jacuzzi suite. However when we arrived we decided to pay cash for the room. When we checked out Radisson also charged our credit card for over $300 that we had already paid them. When questioned them we were ducked at the front desk, the asst. GM and finally the GM. We had to call corporate to get his matter resolved, and to pacify us Radisson offered us a free room at any Radisson, however we were not offered the same type of room we originally reserved. We told Radisson corporate to keep their free room voucher, we will not be returning to any Radisson.

I spent one night in this hotel. It was adequate for a short stay... though the toilet in my room had a habit of flushing itself every so often... which would have grown annoying if I had not been dead to the world upon arrival. The sleep number bed was interesting and I can imagine if I had been travelling with my wife we would have enjoyed figuring out settings for each side of the bed...
Definitely study the map of the property before going there as the entrance is on the far side, away from the highway. I might still be driving around the neighborhood if the GPS hadn't led me to it!
I asked about wifi and was handed a network cable so I could plug in my laptop to get internet... this will not work for the ipad crowd so I think they will have to upgrade this feature soon or lose lots of business.
