This may not be the fanciest or most conveniently laid out hotel (it is sprawling and very "80s", nothing they can do about that), but I always love staying here. It is squeaky clean and the staff is just the best. They are always friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. The free breakfast puts everyone else's to shame. It is just terrific, lots of selection, house-made breads, great oatmeal, omelettes. Beds are wonderfully comfortable. Courtyard is pretty. They have a nice deal with the high-end health club next door--hotel guests can use it for free.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Dec. 2011. Very nice place. Desk attendants were very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Not one complaint here.

I would like to say that staying at The Crowne Plaza Hotel was definitly comfortable and at ease every night. The rooms were cleaned by staff all the time which was nice. The beautiful women behind the counter was so helpful and careing. The rides to different locations by them was great and I thank you for the rides. It was so nice to see Jamie's blue eyes and beautiful smile in the morning. And Chelsie's beautiful smile when i came back to the hotel. The staff in the morning for breakfast and Jen in the evening at the bar all made me feel at ease I THANK YOU for everything the staff did over in Ohio.

Booked an over night here while visiting family. Only visited the lobby, bar and our room - but within that, we were very happy. Room (including bathroom, my pet peeve) was very clean, temperature good. Staff very friendly, bar a cozy little area to hang out in. Just wish we could have used the pool - because it looked pretty cool.
