We made reservations here, thought the price was great, so cheap and the place looked great in the pictures. Well, once we arrived we saw that there was trash all over the parking lot, and the staff was very unprofessional. They were not dressed for business thats for sure. Then, each floor smelled like pot. I haven't smelled that since college but their, I knew someone was high. Then we stayed in the room and the next morning both my wife and I had bites all on our bodies. I pulled back the sheets and checked the mattress and on the seams I found blood tracks and once I pulled the seams back I found bed bugs. We checked out right away, and I demanded a refund, the gal at the front desk refused to give a refund and said that was a lie. So I went to the room, got one of the fellows in a cup and sat it on the front desk. "Show that to your guests" I said. I got my money back after arguing with them through the credit card company but I will tell you, this LOCATION IS NOT FOR YOU. I should have read these reviews before booking, and I did not. When we left we sprayed our belonings and spent the remainder of our stay with the Best Western Delaware Inn, much nicer.

I took a group of ladies for a church meeting. We had 5 rooms. Everyone said they wanted to stay here again next year. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The staff was VERY helpful.

We took our son to Ohio Weslyan Universiy and stay at the Comfort Inn. The location is great for OWU and the hotel is very nice with good breakfast and nice bed with lots of pillows. The free wireless internet is a plus.

The motel is showing its age. The carpet in the hallways is screaming to be replaced and parts of the subflooring are uneven. Same goes for the rooms. Spa was closed then and according to their website is still closed. Could hear a lot of noise from the occupants above and the staff did little to stop it. Management did not respond to my attempts to contact them.
