DO NOT STAY HERE.....I am a manager for a fortune 500 company that spends numerous days in hotels each year. My father and I actually started hunting in Ohio just recently and wanted to make a quick trip to close out our hunting season. Only stayed two nights, and that is all it took..... Rooms are filthy (along with the rest of the hotel), personnel are incompetent, and the nights sleep was the worst that I have ever had in any hotel. To start things off with the short list on the room: sink does not drain, two light bulbs out, shower has mold everywhere, beds are absolutely disgusting (blanket had two distinct grease stains where people have laid on them)...The real disease here is the absolute loss of control by the owner and workers. Both nights we had people running down the hallways screaming until 2 am. It was so bad that my father got out of bed (in only his sleeping attire) and told the other visitors that he was calling the police. Once he "acknowledged his concern" to these people, he called to the front desk only to be asked "What do you mean". Our room was almost directly above the front desk...He could hear everything that was going on...In the end there is one thing that was good about our stay here. Once the personnel got off their butts and looked at the rooms surrounding us (which were destroyed), they gave us our money back. If you are reading this, do not stay here!!!!! If you do not heed my advice, GOOD LUCK....I WARNED YOU!!!!!

started with very rude reservation clerk (peggy). then on arrival we waited at front desk while people were on personal calls. Room layout is the worst, with a split bathroom; Sink in room, not bathroom. Very stingy with pool towels. Hot Tub had so many chemicals it bleached out our clothes - they actually have a warning sign, but this was ridiculous. You could smell the chemicals on your body long after drying and even a little after the first shower. Pool was cold, even though it says heated.
Breakfast and leaving were good.

I wanted a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. I went to change rooms and the lady at the desk said, "Sometimes strong perfume smells worse than smoke." I did smell like perfume because my step-mom just hugged me, but even if it was mine, she had no place saying that. Anyway, I got the key to another room and it was fine but one bed had hair and what looked like mascara on the sheets. The sheets obviously had not been changed. I have stayed here in the past with no problems, but things have definitely gone down hill.

This was the grossest experience I have ever had. The room looked clean but little did I know! Everything seemed in order till I pulled down the sheets of the bed after working 18hrs! First this hotel is normally occupied by men who work in the mills in the local towns. They are usually travelers at their job sites. Being a woman I felt a little nervous to stay at this hotel to begin w/ knowing this. The woman at the desk was very nice. But I felt a sense of discomfort walking through the dirty hallway that hadn't been vacuumed in some time. When I got to my room a standard queen.. one bed. I thought it looked decent for a super 8. Well it was NOT SO SUPER! When I pulled down the sheets they were obviously not changed from the night before and were completely tucked in like it was a fresh bed. Well the entire bed was filled w/ semen. YES SEMEN. I called down to the front desk only to be asked if BOTH BEDS were dirty. To say... oh go to the other bed.... WHAT! I advised the woman that there was ONLY ONE BED!!! in the room. She promptly came and changed the bed only to advise me that this was the 4th bed she had to change that day!! She was very apologetic but it didnt' make up for the fact that at 1130pm after working all day and having to get up at 500am the next morning I had to wait for my sheets to be changed. It was truly the grossest thing I have ever seen or had to experience. thank god I am the type of person who checks the sheets before I sleep in them. I will never stay here again! Please people check the beds.. you never know who was there before you and what they left!!! gross!!!
