Hosted a meeting of 50 at this property, the staff is amazing - they have clearly been well schooled in customer care. Food was wonderful, rooms were comfortable. A beautiful, historic property. I would highly recommend.

We recently had our wedding and reception here, and there's no question that the Westin hotel is visually stunning, and the staff is equally incredible. They were there with us every step of the way, and worked with us on every possible thing we needed all the way through our special night. The atmosphere was incredible, the food was simply amazing, and the staff made us feel like we were their only guests. I can't tell you how many compliments we got from our guests about our wedding day. I highly recommend the Westin to anyone for any reason.

I held my wedding reception at the Westin Columbus and it was the best decision I made when planning the wedding. I was looking to keep things simple and the Westin helped me do that. Everything is under one roof -- the catering, hotel for guests to stay. And since the ball room is so beautiful on its own, I didn't have to do much in the way of decorations. The wedding was back in November, but my friends are still talking about it! Would recommend to any bride seeking a beautiful venue in Columbus.

We stayed here the night before and the night of our wedding, and had a fabulous time. Many guests came from out of town, including internationally, and many of them are very well-traveled, and each one that I talked to had a fantastic experience with the staff and the hotel overall. Our room was enormous and very nice. 24 hr room service food was excellent, as was the one meal I had in the hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay here again on a random trip to Columbus (we live out of state.) We only had one meal in the restaurant because it was wonderful to be able to walk to Katzinger's (famous Columbus deli) and other tasty restaurants in lovely German Village directly from the hotel.
