I went to visit my son in Columbus OH 10/8-10/10. The best thing is, they let me view the room before I boooked. I tried Knights Inn, I called the night before I arrived, they told me I could check in when I arrived. I arrived and requested to view a room, they did not have any that were ready to view..went across the street (1300 E Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus OH). I asked to view a room, I viewed the room, I then booked the room. I was able to park my car right outside the door, due to the fact that I had small children with me, that was really a plus (and they enjoyed themselves very much) and it was right around the corner from my son..the downside was: there were 2 adults & 2 children, but we only received towels for 1 person, otherwise it was s very nice visit.

This is the typical, nondescript hotel located off the interstate. I recently blind booked this through Hotwire. While I wasn't overly impressed, I wasn't disappointed either.

The hotel is located off the interstate, in a clump of other hotels and chain restaurants. A Walmart is very close as well. I found the location to be very convenient.

The hotel's design suggests that it was built as a mid-1990's Fairfield Inn. The first and second floor's doors open to the outside, and the third floor has a hotel style layout, with doors opening to an indoor hallway. The building, while showing some age, is well kept.

The room is also clean, but aged. I found the bed to be very hard, but the rest of the furnishings fine. The wifi was too weak to use, so the front desk supplied me with a network cable so that I could connect to the internet via ethernet.

Overall, the hotel was fine. I wasn't blown over, but I got what I needed at a decent price. I could see myself staying here again.

Loved this Super 8 Motel! The location is great....securely off the main drag and adjacent to the Interstate. We opted out of the free breakfast because there was a CrackerBarrel in the adjacent parking lot. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I requested down and out room so I would be near my vehicle.....and recieved it. The staff was pleasant for checkin. I couldn't ask more for the value.

This motel is located just west of the I-270 loop, amongst a large cluster of motels and fast-food restaurants. It's easy-off/easy on to I-70.

The rooms are clean and include fridge, coffee pot, and ironing board. Otherwise the furnishings and bed are clean but spartan. There was wired internet, but no cable included. There may or may not have been wireless. The TV had many channels, but no channel guide -- in fact no motel information at all.

On the upper floors this is an outside-corridor motel, although access is via a keycard operated door. I arrived around midnight, and the area seemed quite safe.

As another reviewer mentioned, the A/C control has too wide of a spread -- the room becomes icy cold before it kicks off, and then gets quite warm before it kicks back on. This is quite annoying. Also, there is a bit of freeway noise.

On the good side, they have the guest room doors adjusted so that they shut pretty softly. Overall I got a decent night's sleep here.

For just an overnight stay, this is a decent option and the price is not bad at all.
