Traveled with spouse for business. We had a lot of luggage, so used a luggage cart, which was immediately available. However, the front door is a pull-open, single-wide glass door, so one of us had to hold it open while the other pulled the cart. And, there were two of those doors, as the cart was in a tiny vestibule between the doors. The lobby was small & seemed clean enough. The hallways & elevators were old & broken-down looking, so we were worried. Arriving at our room, the room's entry light & bathroom light wouldn't turn on, and the room smelled like vomit. After going all the way back down to the front desk, we were given a room that was nice enough. We agreed that if we'd seen just this room, we would have been satisfied. However, after experiencing all the grossness leading up to that, we were concerned whether the room was really clean, or just looked clean. We were exhausted, it was late & we were only staying one night, so we kept it, hoping we wouldn't run into bed bugs. The bed was very comfortable & the bath seemed clean enough, though the toilet left something to be desired. Room had refrigerator & microwave, though someone had left a drink in the fridge. Spouse called the secretary & told her never to book this hotel again.
