I always try to stay in CS hotels when I travel and I must say that this is one of the best that I have seen. The breakfast was great, the spa could have been a little warmer but the pool was just right (probably around 87 degrees). The staff was friendly. The only problem was the parking, which was a little tight. If the hotel van did not park in front of the building it would be a little better. At one point the van and an employee vehicle was in front of the door for an extended period.

I had a spacious room with a clean comfortable bed, but I could hear virtually everything that happened outside my room. My room was the first one next to the hallway door, and I could hear it slam loudly every time someone opened it.

Also, there was no elevator, so if you have a second floor room, you have to climb stairs. The staff offered to help with luggage, though.

Was called back while on our way to Saginaw MI. drove a little over 100 mile and got a call. Grandson on emergency trip to Childrens Hospital in Columbus Ohio,so turned around and drove there, canceled Michigan rooms and changed to Columbus. Check in was fast as i called the 800 # and got the room. Had 2 queen beds soffa Fridge and Microwave. Nice and clean,with no problems at all.Scramled eggs & sausage, Waffles plus the regular breakfast items. Nice would stay there again.

We booked for one night through an agent in the UK. Our room was spacious. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only down side is that the hotel is a $30 taxi ride from downtown Columbus.
