Upon check-in there is a prominent warning sign telling customers not to leave anything in their cars. Very unsafe area. I check in and am given keys to my room, 317. I go up to my room, open the door and . . . walk into another guests room! Yes, all their clothes strewn all over, lights & tv on, clearly occupied! I've NEVER had this happen! I apologize, run back downstairs where the hotel clerk scratches her head, hmmmm. She doesn't believe me, no apology offered. She finally gives me another room and I ask her to escort me in case there is another error. My second room is unoccupied, she verifies that room 317 is occupied but still doesn't apologize to me or the other guest.
The room is filthy! I found an earring on the carpet near the desk, obviously vacuuming is optional. There was also a dime on the bathroom floor, again, clearly not cleaned. There was gross pizza sauce splattered on the white outdated broken dresser drawer, gross. I am so glad I only stayed one night.
Breakfast in the morning was horrible. No staff anywhere! At 7:30am they were out of most food and drinks, no juice, milk, eggs, waffles, etc. Just terrible and no employees anywhere to clean up or restock.
I would never recommend this hotel, it is not a three star as they claim, it is a one star at best. I am going to contact AAA and other rating services to make sure the hotel is rerated appropriately.
Worst $90 hotel i've ever stayed at by far.
I feel so strongly, this is my first review!
