I stayed here for two nights before Christmas, 2011. It was a lovely suite with two Queens. There was central heat and A/C which I really like. I don't care for the room a/c units...they're loud and sometimes musty. If you're traveling with a friend, the vanity and sink are outside the tub/toilet area. There's also a vanity/ledge in the bedroom area that is convenient for holding your purse or papers. Having a second room with a sofa, chair, desk and kitchenette is super nice. The only downer was that the cushions in the sofa were getting a little flat...loosing their bounce. My grandson stayed with me and he stayed up "late" in the second room playing with grandma's computer while I watched TV in bed. The TVs were not flat screen, but, the selection of stations was great. I've been in higher end hotels with less TV stations. The morning breakfast was nothing to get excited about (eggs/potatoes/meat/yogurt/bagels/bread/OJ/apple juice/coffee). Two things that were a little strange: 1) the bolt on the door lock didn't look like it went into the jam fully, but, was assured by maintenance that that was the way it was supposed to function and 2) when in the vanity area it sounded like water was running in the wall whch maintenance said was the heat pump. Neither issue caused me to lose sleep. I'd definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient off 71. Hard to beat it for the price.
