they are charing a fee for internet and their internet is down nearly every night and day. they are wating for manager and she fix it. after an hour its down again.
they couldn`t fix it last 5 days. so for bussiness stay you need your emails etc. CHOOSE another place.

My husband, chihuahua and myself recently statyed at this hotel and were happy with some things and disappointed with other things. The hotel was a bit difficult to find and the hotel next door was a bit run down. The area definetly concerned me and I would not take the dog outside unless my husband came with. A car parked in front of the hotel was very worn down and looked like it had not moved for several months. We arrived late and it took a couple of times calling the person on duty for them to open the door. We checked in with our dog but they did not register her. Unfortunately, we were also given a 2nd floor room which makes running out in the morning or night with the dog a bit of a challenge. We came back down the following morning to make sure they had registered our dog and that they were going to apply the pet fee. The room itself was very spacious and the full kitchen was great (especially traveling with a dog). However, the walls were dirty and marked. The people staying a few doors were very loud, would sit in the hallway using profane languae and play profane music. The person who assisted us with check-out was a little rude and seemed like she was in a big hurry to get out of the door.

I loved my stay at the Extended Stay. I actually stayed for 3 months, I am currently awaiting to buy a home, so saving money and waiting on a settlement check is why staying at E.S. has made my life so much easier . Staying at E.S is so convenient, that is why I would recommend anyone waiting for a house, relocating or just on vacation to stay at Extended Stay. If you're in Columbus Ohio, stay where I stayed, the freeways are right next door and the staff is impeccable!

Our room was very clean. We were impressed with all the comforts of home in the room. Employees were very nice. We will be back, and will tell others.....thanks again
