Having relied on TripAdvisor reviews for many trips, I feel honor-bound to write a review for this hotel. We've stayed in many Country Inn & Suites throughout the country and have loved them -always spacious, well-kept rooms with mini-friges and microwaves and welcoming lobbies with good breakfast rooms and food. Alas -this was awful from the time we arrived in the smelly lobby. The entire hotel smelled of smoke, old food and what was evidently dust. It was Thanksgiving weekend and thankfully, we checked in before the cancellation deadline. There was only enough room to walk around the 2 beds, the room was very dark and smelled foul with a carpet so dirty we didn't want to think of taking off our shoes and walking on it. There was a large sheet of plastic hanging across the hallway next to the elevator, evidently due to some construction project. There was a family sitting in the lobby and when the kids asked if they could eat out that night, the mother said she was cooking dinner in their room. It appeared that perhaps the construction crew was living there with the families visiting for the holiday, which maybe explains the old food smell throughout the buidling. Really sub par and we wondered what the franchise would think of the place with their superior name attached to it. We canceled our reservation as fast as we could ride the elevator back down and will never stay there again -a premium County Inn & Suites it is not -and never could be with such small rooms! Travelers beware of this one.

Hotel is nice and clean with a good hotel staff except Manager and Assistant Manager. This place has big potential if they train their top brigade on how to behave with customers. I had couple of incidents where front desk staff was instructed not to do their duties right. When I asked the staff they told me on my face that manager has said no. When I talked to manager, he was not only rude but totally unprofessional. .

We picked this motel because we were looking for a place to park our vehicle while we flew out of town for 9 days. They were the only one that let you leave your vehicle there that long. Front desk was very nice. Breakfast did not start till 6 and we had to leave at 5:20. Pool was nice but door handle was broke. Afternoon shuttle doesn't start till 4:30 and we arrived back at 3:00. They did provide early pickup when I called. Farther from airport than expected.

We were quite comfortable here. The sink drained rather slowly and that was the only problem. We did have some difficulty finding the place partly due to on going road construction in the area and problems with the verbal directions we got from the Hertz counter person. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked fine. No real noise problem.

Breakfast was highlighted with make your own waffle and sausages. Oranges were the only fruit provided.
