The hotel was very clean and updated. The facilities were beautiful - pool and hot tub were huge and the rooms were spacious. The manager worked with our softball team to make sure we had an awesome time. She even let us use the conference facilities free of charge to have a pizza party that night as a team. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood just a short drive from downtown Columbus. Price was reasonable. We got a jacuzi room with the whirlpool in the room (rather than bathroom) and it was big enough for two people. We could watch TV from the tub. Beds were comfortable, nice pillow assortment. On the bed, there was a sheet, blanket, and comforter, which was nice because my husband and I don’t share our blanket. Area was quiet, only slight traffic noise outside window (from a side room facing the street). I’m a light sleeper, and I had no problems. The blackout curtain was a good feature since checkout wasn’t until noon, Staff was friendly.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and nice. Pool was refreshing. Was nothing short of my high expectations.

I used this hotel every time I am in Columbus for an Ohio State Buckeyes game. It's close to the airport (but not the Country Inn and Suites at the airport) and is easy-in, easy-out when it comes to getting to the Horseshoe for the games. The location is also great for those early morning flights and getting yourself and friends out of town. Also, there is a Starbucks right across the road for those coffee drinkers out there. And there is a Buffalo Wings and Rings two buildings away.

The hotel staff was terrific during the visit, even though I was visiting with two Miami fans (the opposing university that weekend). They always are very nice there. They are warm and welcoming and very courteous with regard to my Gold Elite status.

The hotel room was somewhat plain/sterile, which is not a bad thing. There was plenty of room for the folks we had on the visit.

The next thing that worked well for us was the pool and spa. The hot tub is one of the bigger ones that I've seen in a hotel and the pool is pretty big as well.

The breakfast first thing in the morning is a great set-up. It gets a little food in the belly right before you head out for some good tailgating at the parking lot of the 'Shoe.

One of my favorite things about Country Inn and Suites is walking into the lobby in the evening and grabbing a couple of fresh chocolate chip cookies. Nice start the evening.
