The Hilton at Easton was very pleasant. After a day of shopping, it was a great place to stay. It was nice to just walk back to your room and kick your shoes off.
When I checked in I ask if there was a larger dbl room available and they kindly upgraded me to a larger room. They also gave me breakfast vouchers, which was so nice w/2 kids. It was delicous also. Would definately recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here while visiting Columbus to see our NHL team play. Beautiful lobby with plenty of atmosphere, albeit slow service from the bar. Excellent fitness centre and pool. Rooms were clean and generously sized.Husband were a little disgruntled by managerial staff confronting him with being a hotel guest after he was seen talking to some players...maybe you need to hang out in the lobby more to see who is staying at your hotel, and observe the celebrities to see when/if fans are getting annoying and act accordingly.Good value for money, and the location is second-to-none : you walk out the front door into an area rich in restaurants and stores.

Stayed there on a business trip. The rooms are great and the service exceptional. Location in Easton was close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The lobby bar and Gym was worth the stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. This a great place to attend a business conference.

I have been wanting to stay here for the last 10 years and what a let down!! We are relocating to Columbus and my company put me up here so I didn't even pay for it and complained for their money! First my SO and I are both tall. I am 5'9" and he is 6'2". Why they put us in an ADA room with a short shower is beyond me. Then the shower was dirty, complete with someones sliver of soap. The sheets are not high quality as you would expect in this hotel. Parking is a nightmare for guests. You either pay the $10 for valet or be prepared to hoof it to one of of the mall garages with your stuff. The Internet is $10 a day. Upon check in you are asked to sign an agreement saying you will pay $100 fee if you cuy your stay short - I've traveled all over the world and have never encountered this. They clearly know this hotel is not worth the price. I've stayed on the other end of the strip at the Courtyard and would go back there in a second. The atmosphere is pretty though! When I complained to the from desk gal regarding all these issues, all I got was a bunch of blinking eyes and continued "I'm sorry". Hardly makes up for $400 of wasted money.
